PowerPoint เทคนิคการทำสไลด์ให้ดูดี
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นงานประชุม งานเขียน งานขาย งานโฆษณานั้นล้วนต้องใช้ PowerPointในการพรีเซนต์ทั้งสิ้น เวลาที่เราต้องทำการพรีเซนต์งานต่างๆ ทั้งตอนเมื่อสมัยเรียนจนมาถึงเวลาตอนทำงาน เราก็ยังคงใช้โปรแกรม PowerPoint ในการ Presentation กันอยู่ตลอดเวลา แต่รู้ไหมว่าการที่จะทำให้งานที่เราพรีเซนต์ออกมาให้สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุด ไม่ใช่แค่เพียงตอนที่เรากำลังพูดนำเสนองานเท่านั้น แต่สไลด์งานบน PowerPoint ก็มีส่วนสำคัญที่จะช่วยทำให้งานของเราน่าสนใจ สามารถดึงดูดผู้อ่านให้คล้อยตามและยังทำให้ผู้อ่านเข้าใจสิ่งที่เรานำเสนอได้ง่ายยิ่งขึ้นอีกด้วย ซึ่งเราก็มีเทคนิคการทำ PowerPoint ในการนำเสนอข้อมูลงานไม่ให้น่าเบื่อ ดูน่าสนใจ เข้าใจง่าย และดูมีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากยิ่งขึ้นมาฝากกันค่ะ ไม่ควรใส่ข้อความเกิน 6 บรรทัด ในแต่ละสไลด์ที่พรีเซนต์ถ้ามีตัวหนังสือเต็มหน้าไปหมด คงไม่น่าอ่านใช่มั้ยล่ะ การกะระยะและขนาดตัวหนังสือที่พอดี อ่านง่าย ชัดเจนจะทำให้สไลด์ดูดีมากยิ่งขึ้น จุด Bullet เชยไปแล้ว ลองหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้จุด Bullet กันดีมั้ย เริ่มจากใส่หัวข้อสไลด์ที่ดึงดูดให้น่าสนใจด้วยรูปแบบต่างๆ และใส่ข้อความของเราแบบสไลด์ต่อสไลด์แทนการใช้จุด Bullet หลายๆ จุดกันดีกว่า เลือกใช้แบบอักษรที่เหมาะสม การเลือกรูปแบบอักษรถือว่าเป็นสำคัญอย่างหนึ่ง […]

ปัญหาวิจัย (research problem) ข้อความ หรือคำถามที่นักวิจัย กำหนดเพื่อศึกษาหาวิธีแก้ไขคำถามวิจัย (research question) คำ ถามที่นักวิจัยกำหนดขึ้นเพื่อหาคำตอบ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาวิจัย นิยมตั้งคำถามวิจัยว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรตั้งแต่สองตัวขึ้นไปมีลักษณะอย่างไร หลักเกณฑ์ของการกำหนดปัญหาวิจัย ปัญหาการวิจัยที่ดีควรจะเป็นอย่างไร แม้ว่าการเขียนปัญหาการวิจัยจะไม่มีหลักเกณฑ์ตายตัวที่แน่นอน แต่การตั้งปัญหาการวิจัยควรมีหลักเกณฑ์ที่นำพิจารณา 3 ประการ คือ 1. ปัญหาควรปรากฏในรูปของ “ความสัมพันธ์” ระหว่างตัวแปรสองตัว หรือเกินกว่าสองตัว เช่น A เกี่ยวข้องกับ B ไหม A และ B เกี่ยวข้องกับ C อย่างไร A เกี่ยวข้อง B โดยมีเงื่อนไข C และ D หรือไม่ 2. ปัญหาต้องกำหนดให้ชัดเจน ไม่กำกวม โดยกำหนดในรูป “คำถาม” การตั้งคำถามมีข้อดีทำให้สามารถสื่อให้เห็นปัญหาได้โดยตรง 3. การกำหนดปัญหาควรเขียนในรูปที่สามารถทดสอบเชิงประจักษ์ หรือ จากสภาพความเป็นจริงได้ ปัญหาการวิจัยนอกจากแสดง “ความสัมพันธ์” แล้ว […]
